SOUTHERN FRIED BREADED COATING
A PERFECT COATING FOR CHICKEN FILLETS, GOUJONS OR PRESSURE FRIED CHICKEN. This breading is suitable for shallow, deep or pressure fried chicken or vegetables.

My own experience is gained from a whole life spent in the food service industry, from starting my career in the Dunadry Inn Hotel through having owned chip shops, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops. Experience has proven to me that the real key to maximising profits are the added value items.
